I just thought i would mention this as vince is returning to raw on monay night, lucky me and my freinds arnt there for VKMs sake lol! ;D We all know that billy gun never main evented after his KOTR win(1999) But he was boring anyway Regal has got all the qualities of a main eventer and would make a fantastic bad guy champ way better than JUBBLE (JBL hehe ) He has even more charisma than batista who im sick of, but besides the point we are (english/brit fans) still pissed off! We want our WORLD CHAMPION!

American fans here agree. I just ran across this, speculating on Regal's shot at being added to the Royal Rumble: William Regal Rumble Experience: 2001 Potential WrestleMania Opponents: Matt Hardy, CM Punk Potential Enemies: Triple H, Santino Marella, CM Punk, Finlay Potential Allies: none Former Allies: Finlay, Triple H Analysis: Regardless of whether Punk is IC Champion or not I think we will see him in the Rumble. William Regal's Rumble participation may hinge on whether or not he retains his championship tonight. Despite being in WWE for almost nine years William Regal has only competed in one Royal Rumble Match and his participation served more of a purpose to continue his European Title feud with Test more than anything. This past year Regal has regained much of his credibility, having a strong run as General Manager of Raw, winning the King of the Ring tournament, and ending Santino Marella's quest to break the Honky Tonk Man's Intercontinental Title record. Regal would love to add Royal Rumble winner to his list of accomplishments. The current IC Champion brings experience and ring savvy to this match that is probably unrivaled (except perhaps for Finlay). If Regal is to win this match it will be because of cunning, not because of brutality. Pasted from <http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/columns/94730>

Oh yeah -- well Regal and Punk have been doing a great job -- it's just the crappy booking on Raw for the last two weeks, although I'm sure it was booked that way to stretch things out until tonight's show in Chicago (Punk's hometown.)
Hopefully they'll let this feud simmer a bit before blowing it off, although WWE hasn't held a good track record there of late.

well i must admit that the Kane vs. Orton match was good. me and my mum were lost to words as to what happened. it was a good match not great because Orton can do better and so can kane but it was good.

Wrestlinginc.com reported there would be a Regal/Punk rematch at RR, but I haven't seen it anywhere else -- at least on a credible source. So many of the wrestling sites just copy the same story over and over. I think maybe someone heard that Punk was added to RR and assumed it was a re-match with Regal. I do hope Regal gets added, but I'm not holding my breath...

it would be nice if they end up having something like if regal get eliminated before Punk that he does something to cost Punk the chance to win.

How about this? Regal comes in at no 27 (lucky no ) Stays in the match for a Lil while, then as some 1 attacks him e.g. undertaker as Regal sneaks under the ropes and hide. so every 1 forgets him during the match, so as they maybe 2 wrestlers left Regal sneaks behind the two wrestles as they are trying 2 eliminate each other then regal just pushes them both out as they hang on the ropes Swweeeeeeeeeet ;D ;D ;D

Carlito, Shelton Benjamin, and Sandman were the last in the ring. Sandman threw the other two out and proceeded to celebrate when Regal jumped back in the ring and caught him by surprise. Not that WWE would never repeat an angle LOL....
